about appaxis.

founded by three experienced internet architects and software engineers, appaxis has been providing solutions to clients of all shapes and sizes for many years. our simple philosophy, as well as our dedicated work ethic keeps people coming back. what can we say, they just like us.

let us formally introduce ourselves:

Alex Kremer, co-founder:

alex has been developing solutions based on microsoft internet architecture ever since bill gates' famous memo in 1996. ever since working with the first active server pages (Denali) beta he gained a very early insight into what would become the de-facto standard for interactive web applications. he's been hooked ever since. his 5 years of experience with the technology make it pretty hard for him to ever say "I can't do that." not that he'd ever say that anyhow. aside from being proficient in just about any Microsoft technology out there (including .NET, SQL, MTS), alex also works unix programming and scripting languages including perl and php. to top it all off, alex also operates a successful hosting company that's been in business, and profitable, since 1996.

Andrew Glover, co-founder:

andrew isn't your normal run-of-the-mill geek. he just loves playing with technology, and comes up with often brilliant solutions to complex problems. as a former project manager, he brings a wealth of valuable experience to our development process. andrew specializes in java solutions, as well unix administration. if there's something broken, he can fix it. call andrew the creative one.

Peter Antoniou, co-founder:

peter brings 15+ years of software development experience to appaxis. an expert .NET developer, peter has been responsible for complex enterprise software projects including the popular Omega legal software and solutions for some of the biggest healthcare providers in the US. in addition, his expertise with database interoperability and general wealth of knowledge make him the guy we go to when things don't work. we haven't stumped him yet!

Allan Weimer, sr applications architect:

allan brings over 10 years of broad software skills to the table. his depth of knowledge in various non-mainstream and legacy development languages enables us to take on many legacy to .net conversion projects.

John Gibson, database guru:

john really wanted us to write a stored procedure for his bio, but we told him that would scare people away. in reality, john's been working with SQL databases for 6 years, including MS SQL Server, Oracle, and the popular open source mySQL. His database skills have been called upon by fortune 50 companies. he's good, really.

we occasionally call on other professional friends of ours in case our project load gets very high. while you may not see their bio here, rest assured you'll be personally introduced if you work with them. we promise.
