Challenge
An alarm monitoring company needed to launch a mobile personal emergency response (mPERS) service integrated into their existing dispatch center. GPS devices existed, but nothing connected them to the dispatch system operators actually used.
Solution
We built the full platform layer — device onboarding, real-time GPS tracking with geofencing, automated alert routing, and direct dispatch integration. When a pendant is activated or a fall detected, the alert and live location appear in dispatch instantly.
Result
A fully operational mPERS service running through the same dispatch system their operators already used every day — built around existing infrastructure, not replacing it.

Covert Criminal Tracking for Law Enforcement
Challenge
Law enforcement partners needed a way to track and recover stolen property — and apprehend suspects — in real-time. A proprietary GPS tracking system existed, but it wasn't connected to the alarm monitoring company's dispatch infrastructure, leaving operators out of the loop during live incidents.
Solution
We integrated the proprietary GPS tracking system with the existing dispatch system, connecting operators directly to real-time location data. Dispatchers can now coordinate law enforcement intercepts from the same interface they already use — no new systems to learn.
Result
Dispatch operators have direct access to live GPS tracking data during active incidents. Law enforcement can coordinate intercepts while suspects are still in motion — all through existing dispatch workflows.
System Integration
SMS Alarm Notifications via AWS
Challenge
An alarm monitoring company's dispatch system handled events reliably but had no SMS capability. Customers received calls but not texts — and replacing the entire dispatch system wasn't an option.
Solution
We built a bridge connecting the legacy dispatch system to AWS messaging services. Alarm events are intercepted and automatically trigger SMS notifications to customers. The dispatch system itself wasn't modified — the integration sits alongside it.
Result
SMS outreach for alarm events running on top of a system that was never designed to support it. No migration, no retraining, no disruption to existing operations.

Automated Monthly Billing for National Carrier
Challenge
A national cellular carrier was running their entire monthly billing process by hand — pulling data from multiple third-party systems including communications taxation, shipping and receiving, and fulfillment.
Solution
We built a fully automated billing pipeline that ingests data from all third-party systems and generates records into their CRM, accounting system, data lakes, and various other data feeds. End-to-end billing automation replacing a completely manual process.
Result
A process that previously consumed dozens of hours of manual work each month now runs automatically — with complete integration across their CRM, accounting, and data infrastructure.

Challenge
The same national carrier needed a customer-facing system for tens of thousands of customers to configure kits and bundles, manage shipping, and track orders in real-time — with integration across their entire back-office stack.
Solution
We built a full order entry platform handling kit and bundle configuration, shipping service selection, warehouse automation and optimization, packing calculations for box sizes, integration with all major package carriers, and back-office integration with Salesforce, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft Dynamics.

Challenge

We built an AI-powered tool with an embeddings engine that lets practitioners ingest entire case files, get clear summaries of key events, and ask natural language questions with immediate answers. The system also analyzes opposing filings for both common legal flaws and detailed nuances.

Challenge
